Pallet Network Manager

Our Grantham based client an award-winning logistics company is looking for a passionate professional to head up their Transport division. If you are ready to provide leadership, focusing on the customer requirements and operational performance we want to hear from you. As the Pallet Network Manager, you will take full ownership of the busy pallet network.

Some Key Responsibilities will be:

• Manage day to day performance of the pallet network and act as the primary relationship manager

• Ensure compliance with network rules, service-level agreements, and operating standards

• Investigate service failures and escalations and optimise trunking, linehaul, and pallet flows

• Lead audits, compliance reviews, and performance improvement plans

• Support commercial initiatives, growth projects, and strategic development

• Manage KPI's and operational costs in line with budgets and forecast

• Monitor and ensure orders are uploaded onto the in-house traffic system and deal with customer queries.

• Ensure that any Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive infringements are managed effectively.

Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, To be considered for the role candidates must have proven experience in logistics and transport management within a fast-moving distribution or FMCG operation. Intermediate Excel, and MS Office skills are essential. CPC qualification advantageous but not essential.
