Job description
Working closely with the Digitalisation Manager, you'll play an important part in supporting IT projects across the business. You'll gain exposure to ERP systems, digitalisation initiatives and business process improvements while working with teams across the organisation., * Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of ERP systems.
- Assisting with digital transformation projects across the factory.
- Providing training and support to system users.
- Maintaining accurate system data and user permissions.
- Creating reports and dashboards to improve business information.
- Supporting IT infrastructure, including PCs, laptops, scanners and printers.
- Assisting with continuous improvement projects and system upgrades.
Requirements
Graduate, Full-time, We're looking for someone with:
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- An interest in business systems and technology.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems, databases or reporting tools would be an advantage but isn't essential.
