Job description
This is a fully onsite role based in Cheltenham, working within a highly collaborative technical team responsible for maintaining and enhancing enterprise identity, directory and infrastructure services across a complex multi-domain environment., You'll play a key role in the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of enterprise directory services, ensuring secure, reliable and resilient infrastructure that supports critical operational systems.
Working as part of a specialist team, you'll contribute to both business-as-usual support and ongoing infrastructure enhancement projects, helping to deliver secure and scalable solutions., * Administer and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments.
- Support identity and access management, including user lifecycle and access control.
- Design, deploy and manage Group Policy Objects across complex environments.
- Support and troubleshoot SQL-based systems, producing queries and reports to aid operational support.
- Configure and maintain secure multi-domain print management solutions.
- Deliver third-line support, patching, upgrades and lifecycle activities in line with agreed service levels.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to improve platform resilience and performance.
Requirements
We're looking for candidates with experience in:
- Enterprise Active Directory administration, including Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP and replication.
- SQL querying, reporting and troubleshooting within complex production environments.
- Group Policy design, implementation and troubleshooting.
- Identity and access management within secure enterprise environments.
- Supporting critical infrastructure under SLA-driven operational models.
Desirable Experience
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs).
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
- Hybrid identity technologies.
- CI/CD principles and infrastructure automation.
