Job description
- Lead the setup and commissioning of the Integration and Test Cell.
- Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing integration and test team.
- Define processes, work instructions and quality standards.
- Own system integration, functional testing and final product acceptance.
- Drive industrialisation from prototype and low-rate production to serial manufacture.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
- Host customer acceptance activities and ensure delivery to schedule, quality and cost targets.
- Champion Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
Requirements
You will have:
- Significant experience leading integration, final assembly or test teams within aerospace, defence, automotive or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- A proven track record of setting up new production cells, lines or facilities.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical integration, testing and configuration management.
- Experience building and developing teams in a manufacturing setting.
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.
