Job description

  • Lead the setup and commissioning of the Integration and Test Cell.
  • Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing integration and test team.
  • Define processes, work instructions and quality standards.
  • Own system integration, functional testing and final product acceptance.
  • Drive industrialisation from prototype and low-rate production to serial manufacture.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
  • Host customer acceptance activities and ensure delivery to schedule, quality and cost targets.
  • Champion Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

You will have:

  • Significant experience leading integration, final assembly or test teams within aerospace, defence, automotive or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • A proven track record of setting up new production cells, lines or facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical integration, testing and configuration management.
  • Experience building and developing teams in a manufacturing setting.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.
