Network Control Tech- Entry Level

Equifax is looking for a Network Control Technician to join our growing team! This individual will perform as the first line of defense on a 24/7 support team to take appropriate action toward resolving system and network problems and respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges while minimizing the impact on customer service.

• At least 1 year of experience with Bomgar, PuTTY, WinSCP
• At least 1 year of experience with a ticket system, Service Now preferred
• High school diploma required
• At least 2-4 years of experience solving system and network issues, preferably in a call center or support center environment, * At least 1 year of experience with Bomgar, PuTTY, WinSCP
• At least 1 year of experience with a ticket system, Service Now preferred
