Job description
- Collaborate with the team to define the information architecture and site maps for new website projects, ensuring intuitive navigation and optimal user experience
- Develop wireframes and prototypes to guide the visual design team, effectively communicating design concepts and user flows in Figma with clear page structures, intuitive navigation and simple, useable interfaces
- Maintain organization and management of Figma team libraries, promoting consistency and efficiency across design projects
- Assist the Digital Marketing Director in developing strategies to build lasting digital connections between our clients and their customers
- Assist planning and executing comprehensive SEO campaigns to improve client search rankings and domain authority
- Analyze and report on paid search campaigns to drive qualified traffic to client sites.
- Assist the Digital Marketing Director in monitoring and reporting on managed social media properties, primarily Facebook and LinkedIn
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing based on data analysis
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, SERanking, Clarity, Looker Studio)
- Identify friction and drop-off points during a customer journey and validate design decisions
- Stay informed about online marketing trends and ensure strategies remain current
- May perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, The Digital Media Analyst is a full-time, crossover specialist role. This position reports to the Digital Marketing Director, and its main function is to provide technical digital marketing support on client projects.
This position requires a professional who is a self-starter and is able to manage their own work while seeking out direction from their supervisor as needed. The incumbent should be someone able to make sound judgement calls and work well within a small, collaborative team.
Ability to work in-person in Stamford, CT office a plus., * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, UX Designer, Information Architect, or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, trends, reporting and analysis
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or other CRMs
- Proficiency in social media (organic and paid), Google Ads, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM (preferably B2B)
- Expertise in web analytics tools, including GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Proficiency in Google Wordkplace - Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or within a team
- Proven ability to be punctual, dependable, and have reliable attendance
- Bachelors Degree in industry-related studies preferred; High School Diploma required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship
