Job description
- Manage, maintain, and support enterprise information systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and network-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate and implement system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support infrastructure and operational needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and operational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to end users regarding system functionality, best practices, and security protocols.
- Assist with system administration, configuration, user access management, and performance monitoring.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Experience

Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing information systems, systems administration, or IT infrastructure.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Experience implementing system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and maintenance activities.

Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure and operational needs.

Strong technical documentation, process documentation, and end-user support skills.

Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise systems in a healthcare, hospital, or large corporate environment.

Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, virtualization, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.

Experience monitoring system performance and implementing system improvements.
