Job description

At MegPrime Pay, we're building the future of digital payments by bridging traditional finance and digital assets through thoughtful design and technology., We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience who excels at solving complex problems through clear, intuitive design. You'll shape the MegPrime Pay product end-to-end-from early concepts and flows to polished web interfaces, UI motion, and production-ready designs. We operate in small, collaborative teams where designers directly influence product direction and execution.

For a driven, curious designer, this is an opportunity to help define the next generation of fintech at global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design web product experiences from concept through production-ready interfaces.
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI in Figma and code.
  • Use AI tools to clarify intent, draft design specs, and surface risks, edge cases, and user scenarios before design begins-reducing ambiguity and accelerating execution.
  • Build interactive prototypes and collaborate with engineers using Cursor, Claude Code, and modern front-end workflows.
  • Design motion graphics, UI animations, micro-interactions, and marketing assets.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing from discovery through launch.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • Stay current on UI/UX, AI, fintech, crypto, and emerging design trends.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web accessibility?, * 3-5 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.

  • Portfolio showing end-to-end web product design.
  • Experience building design systems, prototypes, and production-ready specs.
  • Experience with Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted workflows preferred.
  • Experience with motion/UI animation tools.
  • Strong fundamentals in typography, interaction design, accessibility, and visual systems.
  • Comfortable working directly with engineers and product teams.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or payments is a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Based in our Uptown Dallas office.
