Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards using tools such as Tableau to provide clear insights into data health.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and potential issues within large datasets and data warehouses.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to define data quality standards and implement best practices aligned with organizational goals.
  • Utilize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools such as Informatica or Talend to automate data validation processes and improve data integration workflows.
  • Write complex SQL queries to perform detailed data validation, profiling, and troubleshooting across diverse databases including Oracle and Big Data platforms.
  • Lead efforts in establishing data governance policies related to Linked Data, Data Collection, and Data Management practices to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Support the development of scalable database designs for new projects while maintaining existing systems' integrity within Agile project environments.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members on data analysis techniques, analytics tools, and best practices for maintaining high-quality datasets.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst to join our data management team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis, database design, and data governance principles, with a passion for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational data assets. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing data quality frameworks, monitoring data health across multiple platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data-driven decision-making processes., * Proven experience working with SQL, Python, and Big Data technologies for advanced data analysis and automation tasks.

  • Strong knowledge of database design principles including Data Warehouse architecture and Oracle database management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica for data integration and transformation processes.
  • Familiarity with Tableau for creating interactive dashboards that communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives within an Agile framework.
  • Excellent analysis skills coupled with a keen eye for detail to identify issues early and implement corrective actions swiftly.
  • Knowledge of Data Governance standards, Linked Data concepts, and modern Data Management best practices.
  • Leadership qualities with experience guiding cross-functional teams towards achieving high standards of data quality.
