Manage strategy, planning, and execution:

  • Driving statistical planning and deriving strategic goals

  • Defining the objectives, KPIs and enablers for the business unit.

  • Planning technology roadmap to provide innovative solutions.

  • Providing scope and direction to nationwide programs and defining trends

Manage business, IT, and stakeholders:

  • Improving operational efficiency and increase profitability through continuous improvement.

  • Growing business partnerships and mutually beneficial communication framework.

  • Enabling trust with stake holders to consistent delivery with quality

Hiring, Objective Setting, Performance Management, Training, and Development:

  • Acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet the challenges of the business.

  • Ensuring objective and frequent feedback to employees to drive ownership, awareness, and accountability.

  • Managing vendors and planning for budgets

  • Ensuring that employees go through mandated hours of training and are up to date on organizational needs

Planning for the future, Prioritization, Positioning, Forecasting, and Budgeting:

  • Defining the technology migration strategy for the organization

Requirements

At Minimed, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Salesforce who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Digital Technology CRM Team. In this position, you will lead a team of employees and ensure that they are working together to achieve our goals. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ideal Senior Manager, Salesforce should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. They should have a proven track record of success in their field and be able to adapt to changing business environments and priorities. Senior Managers should also be able to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to achieve company-wide goals., + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or technical field with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.

Nice to Haves:

  • Prefer 10+ years of work experience in IT industry and 4+ years of experience working as a Senior Manager

  • Prefer around 6 years on salesforce platform

  • Moderate level understanding of Salesforce product suites including sales, service, experience clouds.

  • Experience defining technical architecture diagrams, identifying gaps between current and desired states.

  • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices and deployment methodologies

  • Familiarity with authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, oAuth); platform security capabilities; data visibility considerations

  • Knowledge about data integration tools and experience integrating salesforce with other business applications.

  • Ability to delve into custom salesforce apex code to debug issues and develop code for proof concepts.

  • Salesforce certifications in one or more areas (Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer, Administrator)Experience in Additional Salesforce Clouds (Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud)

  • Experience customizing and/or integrating with App Exchange Products/ third party Apps

  • Experience developing Apex Frameworks and or utilities for Salesforce.com platform.

  • Ability to analyze performance issues arising and provide a remediation plan for custom code running on Salesforce.com platform.

  • Experience in Salesforce.com reports and dashboards.

  • Experience using relational databases and reporting warehouses.

  • Ability to balance multiple assignments and deadlines at same time.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills (timely, clear, concise, accurate, conclusive targeted to audience)

  • Experience in applying artificial intelligence to solve real-world business problems, including designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and data-driven solutions.

  • Skilled in working with large datasets, building predictive models, and leveraging techniques such as natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning to extract insights and improve decision-making. Proficient in common AI frameworks and programming languages, with a strong understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and ethical considerations. Adept at collaborating cross-functionally to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions that drive efficiency, innovation, and measurable impact.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$136,000.00 - $230,000.00

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
