Job description

  • Supports design, analysis, and evolution of enterprise technology platforms, including integration, developer tooling, and AI-enabled capabilities
  • Provides technical leadership for the CW project, collaborating with senior technical and management stakeholders across Business Technology Services (BTS) to help define enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps, * Partners with architects, engineers, platform, and security teams to analyze requirements and support modernization initiatives
  • Performs end-to-end solution analysis from discovery through delivery, including defining target-state architectures
  • Architects and develops applications by producing design specifications and contributing to code aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Creates and maintains architecture artifacts (system diagrams, integration flows, and technical documentation)
  • Assists in design and analysis of API, integration, and gateway solutions enabling secure enterprise connectivity
  • Ensures alignment with architecture standards, secure development practices, and configuration management processes
  • Identifies risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across architecture, security, and infrastructure
  • Supports platform modernization and migration by analyzing current- and future-state solutions
  • Communicates technical concepts, decisions, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Takes an active role within the development team by sharing knowledge and mentoring others

Requirements

  • Requires 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or platform engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7-10 years of experience with APIs, integration patterns, and distributed systems
  • 5+ years of cloud experience (AWS preferred), * Works effectively both collaboratively and independently in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Experience with API gateways or integration platforms (Apigee, MuleSoft, Kong) preferred
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and platform modernization initiatives
  • Exposure to AI-enabled platforms or developer productivity tools is a plus
  • Success demonstrated through strong technical leadership, high-quality architecture artifacts, improved decision-making, reduced delivery ambiguity, and continuous technical growth
