Remodeler

Phoenix Heating and Air, after a splash start in Madisonville, is looking for tradesmen to help us launch new services for our customers and expand existing ones. We are seeking a skilled remodeler to join our team and grow with us. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of general-construction installations. As a business that offers a wide variety of services, this role is also a great fit for a candidate looking to expand their skill set., * Perform basic carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring

• Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels
• Install trim, doors, cabinets, and fixtures
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work well with a team and follow project plans
• Use smart phones and tablets to communicate with management and staff, take and upload pictures and document job progress.
• Travel to and from worksites, with occasional overnights as needed.
• Additional duties as required.

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Working on construction projects?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 1 year of experience doing construction or a related field.

• 1 year of experience doing field or repair work.
• Reliable and dependable with an excellent work ethic
• The ability work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tech savvy with the ability to use a smart phone and app for time tracking, scheduling, communication, taking pictures and other documentation.
• Detail oriented with exceptional problem solving and organizational skills.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to push, pull and lift over 50lbs.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check
