Job description

Our client is a software and systems development firm, built by veterans of the IC/DoD with a focus on delivering impactful solutions rapidly. They are searching for talented Software Developer to join their team supporting large, mission critical, user-facing applications. In this role, you will work to maintain the existing codebase and extend it as it continues to grow.

Requirements

Strong writing applications and services in Java and at least one of Python, JavaScript or Ruby.

  • Experience developing applications and servieces in an AWS environment.

  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, and Helm

  • Familiar developing and delivering in a Linux environment.

  • Experience with relational databases- PostgreSQL, MySQL or document databases- Elasticsearh, Solr or big data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.

  • Experience with Git an Git-based workflows
