Job description

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain quality records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Review, update, and organize SOPs, forms, and manufacturing documents.
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Track document revisions and approvals using Excel.
  • Verify documentation for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Support audit preparation and document control projects.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Data Entry Specialist to support our Quality department with document review, data entry, and record management. This temporary, project-based role is ideal for someone with strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer skills who enjoys organized, detail-focused work. Previous quality experience is a plus but not required-training will be provided., * High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
  • Strong data entry, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, document control, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Quality or GMP experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong typing and recordkeeping skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn quality documentation processes and procedures.
