Requirements
This position is for an entry-level to mid-level technician with at least 1 year of experience in the following
- Supporting Microsoft environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Virtual computing envirnments (Vmware, XenServer, Hyper-V, other)
- Remote support tools
- Software deployment tools
- Basic networking knowledge
- Installing/managing printers
- VDI
- Backups
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with a ticketing system and supporting users remotely. Experience at an MSP is preferred but not required.
