Systems Engineer III

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with experience supporting system integration, testing, and verification activities throughout the system development lifecycle. This role will partner closely with engineering teams to validate requirements, develop test strategies, and support system-level integration efforts.

• Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience with the Basic Qualifications (an Advanced Degree in Computer Science may be substituted for 2 years of experience)
• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody
• Experience with requirements management tools including DOORS or Jama
• Experience developing integration and test plans
• Experience creating test scenarios and executing test activities
• Experience documenting test results and supporting corrective actions
• Experience with Use Cases and CONOPS development
• Familiarity with system Verification and Validation (V&V) processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements elicitation sessions
• Experience defining and maintaining data models
• Experience working within Agile development environments and tools

Systems Engineer IV - Integration & Test, We are seeking a senior-level Systems Engineer to lead integration and test efforts across complex systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong systems engineering expertise and experience driving validation activities from requirements through deployment., * Bachelors Degree and 5+ years of experience with the Basic Qualifications (an Advanced Degree in Computer Science may be substituted for 2 years of experience)

• Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody
• Experience with requirements management and documentation using DOORS or Jama
• Experience with Verification and Validation (V&V) activities
• Experience developing Use Cases and CONOPS
• Experience generating integration and test plans
• Experience developing test scenarios and procedures
• Experience documenting results and managing corrective actions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements elicitation activities
• Experience developing and maintaining data models
• Experience working in Agile environments and supporting Agile teams, * Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience with the Basic Qualifications (an Advanced Degree in Computer Science may be substituted for 2 years of experience)
• Experience using MBSE tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody
• Experience developing and decomposing:

• Activity Diagrams
• Sequence Diagrams
• State Machine Diagrams
• Block Definition Diagrams
• Internal Block Diagrams

• Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama
• Familiarity with Verification and Validation (V&V) activities
