Job description

Full Stack Software Developer (TS/SCI) - Office of Naval Intelligence Support TENAX Technologies, LLC is seeking Full Stack Software Developers to support mission-critical Information Technology services for the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). These are full-time, onsite positions requiring an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Selected candidates will design, develop, deploy, and sustain secure, scalable applications supporting national security missions within a DevSecOps-driven environment. Position Overview The Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle of enterprise applications, including front-end user interfaces, back-end services, database integration, and deployment pipelines. This role emphasizes secure coding practices, continuous integration and delivery, and alignment with DoD cybersecurity and operational requirements. Developers will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including system administrators, cybersecurity personnel, and mission stakeholders-to deliver high-quality, resilient solutions that enhance operational effectiveness., * Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python)

  • Build and enhance responsive front-end interfaces and integrate with secure back-end services and APIs
  • Develop and manage relational and non-relational databases, including schema design, optimization, and data integration
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines within a DevSecOps framework, supporting automated testing, security scanning, and deployment
  • Ensure applications comply with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including secure coding practices and vulnerability remediation
  • Collaborate in Agile development environments, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement activities
  • Integrate applications with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and mission data sources
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and integration challenges
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design artifacts, API documentation, and deployment procedures

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

  • DoD IAT Level II certification or higher (e.g. Security+ CE, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in full stack software development
  • Proficiency in one or more of the following:
  • Back-end: Java, Python
  • Front-end: JavaScript (e.g., React, Angular, or similar frameworks)
  • Database: SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Experience working within a DevSecOps environment, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and sustainment
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security principles

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
  • Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architectures
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community environments, including RMF and system accreditation processes
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or DoD cloud environments)
