8+ years of experience + Bachelor's degree. Additional experience may be substituted.

Ethernet and IP Lan design, configuration, and maintenance experience.

SONET-based WAN design, configuration, and maintenance experience.

BGP and MPLS design, configuration and maintenance experience.

Microsoft Windows desktop and server experience.

Experience with Active Directory.

VOIP and VTC experience with Cisco, Polycom, or equivalent.

Experience with COMSEC systems.
Desired skills:

Experience with Enterprise level Cisco network, VOIP, and VTC devices.

Experience with VMWare vSphere, vCenter, and other enterprise VMWare solutions.
