You will report to the Director of Content Development.

You'll operate as a cross-product leader, shaping experiences across web, mobile, apps, virtual assistants, and emerging AI surfaces. • Independently drive content design across product teams and user journeys using research, analytics, and content audits to identify opportunities

  • Translate insights from research, competitive analysis, and journey mapping into clear, actionable digital experiences

  • Build and scale content systems (taxonomies, models, information architecture) and define governance (standards, guidelines, tools)

  • Lead content for complex, end-to-end experiences working across teams and product lines to craft clear, accessible content that simplifies regulated information

  • Drive optimization using analytics, VOC data, measurement and testing to improve content performance, ensuring quality from discovery and creation through post-launch stages

  • Partner and guide cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, user-centered experiences that balance customer, business, and regulatory needs

Requirements

  • 7+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy

  • Experience leading discovery, strategy, and scalable content systems

  • Strong information architecture and systems thinking skills

  • Ability to translate complex, regulated content into clear experiences

  • Data-informed decision making and content measurement experience

  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence

  • Experience developing guidelines and governance practices

  • Background in design systems and content standards

  • Portfolio demonstrating ability to guide product strategy with clear impact

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

  • Familiarity with SEO and accessibility best practices

  • Shipped consumer websites and apps

Scope and impact

  • Elevate content quality and consistency organization-wide

  • Influence product strategy and drive stakeholder alignment

  • Own content across product areas from discovery through optimization

  • Define systems and standards adopted across teams

  • Support continuous improvement through measurement, testing, and iteration
