Requirements
7+ years of Data Science experience
Strong background in Machine Learning, AI, Advanced Statistics, and Statistical Modeling
Hands-on experience with Databricks (preferred) or Snowflake
Experience working with unstructured data or raw data
AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization
Experience with Vector Embeddings and modern AI/LLM applications
Strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or LightGBM
Preferred Domain:
Medical Device industry experience, We're seeking candidates with hands-on technical expertise, not just tool exposure. You should be able to clearly explain:
- End-to-end ML model development and deployment
- Vector Embeddings and real-world use cases
- Databricks or Snowflake implementations
- ML frameworks used in production
- Business impact of your AI/ML solutions
