Job description

Lead and manage small to medium IT development projects from inception through post-release support while bridging the gap between business needs and IT solutions within the

organization. Specific duties and responsibilities include: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of small to medium projects of moderate complexity, taking ownership of project deliverables and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Work closely with stakeholders, including business users and IT teams, to analyze and document business problems and opportunities. Gather, document, and communicate defined business problems and detailed requirements to the development team. Assist in analyzing and evaluating existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the IT team. Ensure a clear understanding of requirements and provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks. Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to create test plans and test cases based on business requirements. Participate in testing activities to ensure the final solution meets the specified criteria. Support senior project managers/business analysts when needed. Provide software product support to key-level Kelly Benefits managers. This role is 100% on-site.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, management information technology or a closely related field, plus: 2 years of experience in business analysis within the Information Technology field; 2 years of experience in computer systems in a Windows-based environment; 1 years of experience working in a .Net environment; 2 years of experience in SDLC, SQL, and Agile methodologies; and 2 years of experience using project management methodologies and tools.
