Configuration Analyst

• Lead configuration and support activities for SAP HCM modules, particularly Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Manage and troubleshoot employee lifecycle processes using transactions such as PA30, PA40, PPOME, and PO13.
• Support and enhance SAP HCM integrations with systems such as SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, Active Directory, and Benefits platforms.
• Drive enhancements and support for SAP Fiori ESS/MSS solutions to improve employee and manager self-service experiences.
• Gather business requirements, conduct stakeholder discussions, create functional specifications, and collaborate with technical teams.
• Provide production support, monitor interfaces, resolve complex system issues, and ensure operational excellence in a global HR environment.

Do you have a valid CCP Data Engineer certification?, Do you have experience in UX?, * 5+ years of SAP HCM Functional or Business Analyst experience with strong expertise in PA and OM.

• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM configuration, including Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• Experience supporting SuccessFactors integrations, IDoc processing, and hybrid SAP landscapes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori ESS/MSS, launchpad configuration, and user experience enhancements.
• Familiarity with tools such as LSMW, SE16/SE16N, SM37, Ad-Hoc Query, and ABAP debugging.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience working within large, global enterprise environments., * SAP HCM configuration: 6 years (Preferred)
• Personnel Administration: 6 years (Preferred)
• Organizational management: 6 years (Preferred)
