Job description
We are seeking a motivated Systems Analyst with experience in IT project coordination, Salesforce administration, and business systems support to help maintain and enhance a statewide enterprise application. This role involves working with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to support system operations, implement enhancements, coordinate testing and deployments, and develop reports and dashboards., * Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of enterprise business applications.
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, and configuration activities.
- Administer and configure Salesforce to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors, business users, and technical teams to deliver system improvements.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and implementation activities.
- Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Tableau and Salesforce.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Maintain system documentation, workflows, and operational procedures.
- Support Agile project activities and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, and experienced with Salesforce, Tableau, and IT project management in a collaborative environment., * Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or IT Project Coordinator.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
- Knowledge of Tableau reporting and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience coordinating system enhancements, testing, and deployments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities., * Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Experience with enterprise data systems.
- Experience working with government, public sector, or human services organizations.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
- Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
