Requirements
Advanced Citrix DaaS / CVAD engineering
- Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops administration
- NetScaler / ADC design and support
- VMware ESXi / vCenter engineering experience
- Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) expertise
- Google Compute Engine (GCE) administration
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem infrastructure design
- Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) experience
- Windows Server & Active Directory integration
- Root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting
- ServiceNow / ITIL processes experience
- Performance tuning, capacity planning & lifecycle management
- Documentation, architecture diagrams & runbooks
- Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Terraform) preferred
- Experience supporting high-availability enterprise environments
