MERN Stack Developer

• Design and build end-to-end features using the MERN stack (Postgres SQL, React.js, Node.js)
• Develop and enhance microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work with Kafka and message brokers to support event-driven, distributed systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality features
• Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently

Do you have experience in System performance optimization?, * 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Postgres SQL
• Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Solid understanding of database design, indexing, and performance optimization
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)

• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
