Job description
Hemmersbach is seeking a customer-focused Field Technician to deliver onsite and remote IT support for enterprise and consumer clients. The role includes installing, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with hardware support, networking, and HP server environments, and provides high-quality customer service while representing the company at client sites., Provide technical support for PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment

Communicate professionally with clients and ensure satisfaction

Install, upgrade, and repair IT hardware and infrastructure

Collaborate with dispatch, engineers, and project teams

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

Support HP servers and enterprise environments

Track inventory and provide service updates
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in IT support (printers, HP servers, data centers, and enterprise-level projects).
- Experience in technical support or a similar role, with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites and must have a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50+ lbs.
- Available to work a rotational 24/7 on-call; scheduled shift.
