Experience in driving continuous service improvement initiatives Experience with controls automation initiatives (reducing manual effort, improving reliability), SQL query development for data analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and reporting Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (O365) for reporting, collaboration, and documentation Ensuring high system availability and operational stability Exposure to process optimization and operational governance Experience in Autosys/Procmon job scheduler
