Cloud Engineer - AWS & Oracle Cloud Infra (OCI) + Utilities exp

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer - AWS & Oracle Cloud Infra (OCI) + Utilities exp for a Contract to Hire with a client in Saint Louis, MO(Hybrid). This role involves designing and managing scalable cloud environments while ensuring high availability, security compliance, and driving automation and DevOps practices., * Architect, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and OCI environments.

• Design and implement hybrid cloud networking, including VPCs, VPNs, and load balancing solutions.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of cloud systems.
• Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, and DevOps practices.
• Strong expertise in AWS and OCI cloud platforms with hands-on experience in Terraform/Infrastructure as Code and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Proven experience in cloud security, compliance (NERC CIP, SOX), and managing high-availability enterprise production environments.

Rate Range: $60/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors., Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
