Project Manager - Architecture

• Lead Commercial Architecture Projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring design excellence, budget adherence, and client satisfaction
• Champion AI Integration across the design and documentation process, leveraging cutting edge tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and creative possibilities

• 10+ years of experience in commercial architecture with demonstrated project management leadership
• Deep AI Proficiency including hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, AI-assisted BIM, generative design platforms, computational design, or machine learning applications in architecture)
• Proven Collaborator with a track record of successful partnerships with consultants, contractors, owners, and multidisciplinary teams
• Willing to live and work in Brenham or College Station, Texas, * Are you currently a Licensed Architect in the State of Texas, or are you eligible to obtain a Texas license through reciprocity?
• Do you have 10+ years of experience managing commercial architecture projects from concept through construction administration?
• Do you have hands-on experience using AI tools in architecture or design (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, AI-assisted BIM, generative design, or computational design)?
