Job description

  • Provide telephone, remote and desk side support for systems and applications.
  • Lead in person training sessions
  • Write Statement of Work proposals for application changes
  • Develop, update and expand learning programs for both in person and remote environments
  • Drive change, suggesting new and creative approaches to deliver content to learners
  • Work with Developers for application testing scenarios

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, The Software Support Trainer is a position that has a client-focused mindset and builds valuable relationships and collaboration. This position will work with the Business Analyst and work with the Tier 1 Help desk. Great communication skills and ability to work with different levels of IT experience is necessary., * Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong demonstrable understanding of transactional systems
  • Ability to independently perform all of the duties of the position efficiently and effectively
  • Background in banking or mortgage processing helpful
