Job description
- Provide telephone, remote and desk side support for systems and applications.
- Lead in person training sessions
- Write Statement of Work proposals for application changes
- Develop, update and expand learning programs for both in person and remote environments
- Drive change, suggesting new and creative approaches to deliver content to learners
- Work with Developers for application testing scenarios
Requirements
Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, The Software Support Trainer is a position that has a client-focused mindset and builds valuable relationships and collaboration. This position will work with the Business Analyst and work with the Tier 1 Help desk. Great communication skills and ability to work with different levels of IT experience is necessary., * Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong demonstrable understanding of transactional systems
- Ability to independently perform all of the duties of the position efficiently and effectively
- Background in banking or mortgage processing helpful
