Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized IT CRM Project Manager to lead and oversee complex customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives within our enterprise software environment. In this role, you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT governance standards. Your expertise in project management methodologies, cloud computing, and enterprise software will be instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles from requirements gathering to implementation, and champion best practices in project delivery., * Lead end-to-end management of CRM projects utilizing Filevine, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive project plans using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Project scheduling software.
  • Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to integrate CRM solutions with existing databases (SQL, Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS, cloud computing), ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders through regular status updates and reports.
  • Oversee the development of test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development processes to validate functionality before deployment.
  • Facilitate release management activities including deployment planning, disaster recovery strategies, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Monitor project progress using tools like Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite; adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), IT governance standards, and organizational policies throughout all project phases.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in analysis skills development, requirements documentation, and organizational change management initiatives related to CRM system upgrades or new implementations.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Waterfall?, * Proven experience managing enterprise software projects within a fast-paced environment using Agile (including SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Strong background in project management software such as Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, TFS, or equivalent tools for scheduling and tracking progress.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components including databases (SQL Server, Oracle), cloud computing platforms (AWS), disaster recovery planning, and IT governance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather complex requirements through stakeholder engagement and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Expertise in user acceptance testing (UAT), test case development, release management processes, and program management principles.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate diverse teams across multiple disciplines while maintaining focus on deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective negotiation with vendors and stakeholders at all levels; adept at managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes, PMBOK guidelines, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel), Visio diagrams for process mapping, SharePoint collaboration sites, and organizational skills necessary for successful project execution.
