Job description
Strategic Leadership
- Define tooling roadmap and long-term vision. Align strategy with OEM lifecycle and software factory goals.
Tool Development & Maintenance
- Lead development of enterprise tools such as code generators, calibration tools, and diagnostics utilities. Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and AUTOSAR standards. Mentor teams in C/C++ and Python.
GitHub Software Factory
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub. Implement pull request checks, workflows, and quality gates. Track and improve metrics like lead time and MTTR.
Test Automation (SIL/HIL)
- Set up SIL and HIL testing frameworks. Integrate testing tools with GitHub pipelines. Develop reusable test scripts and libraries.
Process & Quality
- Define coding standards and review processes. Implement static analysis and automation. Drive modern development practices such as TDD and Agile.
Collaboration & Mentoring
- Support cross-functional teams and OEMs. Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing activities.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare design documents, SOPs, and reports. Share project status, risks, and KPI updates.
Continuous Improvement
- Adopt new tools, standards, and technologies. Continuously improve automation and testing strategies., Transmission Control Software, OEM Delivery, ISO 26262, ASPICE, C/C++, Python, Scripting, GitHub,CI/CD Pipelines, DevOps, Simulink, dSPACE, CANoe, SIL/HIL Testing,Automated Testing, Pipeline Integration, AUTOSAR, Static Analysis Tools MATLAB/Simulink, cloud technologies
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tooling?, Domain Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in transmission control software. Experience with OEM delivery, ISO 26262, and ASPICE standards.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and scripting. Experience in building development tools.
GitHub & DevOps
- Expertise in GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Experience working in large-scale environments.
Testing (SIL/HIL)
- Hands-on experience with tools like Simulink, dSPACE, CANoe, etc. Experience in automated testing and pipeline integration.
Process & Quality
- Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and ASPICE. Experience with static analysis tools.
Leadership & Communication
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to lead and influence teams., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering., * Experience in AUTOSAR development, MATLAB/Simulink, cloud technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, AI-based testing, and Agile or SAFe practices.
