Job description

We are looking for you to join our team as a Functional Support Administrator Level 3 based out of Warner Robins, GA to support the ALQ-161 Hardware Program Management Office. This position is 100% onsite.

This role supports an existing team that oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as an administrative liaison between program execution, production control, engineering, business management, and operations amongst others. The ALQ-161 Hardware section supports the ongoing programmatic requirements surrounding electronic warfare capabilities across the U.S. Air Force's active B-1 bomber fleet. The successful candidate must demonstrate consistent exemplary judgement while embodying Northrop Grumman company values and leadership behaviors. They should thrive in a fast-paced work environment characterized by high expectations, a wide range of diverse assignments, and a collaborative team atmosphere.

  • Provide consistent administrative and coordination support across the project lifecycle
  • Maintain and update essential project documentation, including schedules, planning materials, cost information and meeting records
  • Support the production and distribution of project reports and performance updates
  • Coordinate project-related activities including customer meetings and functional syncs
  • Prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow-up items are delivered by other functional areas
  • Support risk and opportunity tracking and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Maintain project management systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Complete billings processing and update government systems
  • Prepare and review program documents including CDRLs, internal deliverables, and other artifacts as directed by the Program Manager
  • Assist with generating and consolidating basis of estimates for proposals

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (not required to obtain before hire)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project is a requirement
  • Experience managing several ongoing tasks through completion
  • File and SharePoint management experience, * Strong problem - solver with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage workloads and meet deadlines
  • Flexible, responsive and comfortable shifting priorities when needed
  • Positive, proactive team player who is also capable of working autonomously
  • Strong customer focus and a constructive, can - do attitude

Benefits & conditions

Primary Level Salary Range: $48,400.00 - $80,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
