- Lead the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation
- Define and perform lab activities including definition, setup, configuration management, and testing
- Integrate solutions within their target environment
- Coach and review the work of lower level professionals
- Influence others regarding policies, practices, and procedures
- Manage small projects or processes
- Manage the preparation and/or execution of Design Reviews as well as Integration, Dry Run, and Formal Qualification Testing
- Review minor and document moderate changes in systems or processes to solve difficult and sometimes complex problems
- Influence decision-makers with recommended courses of action
- Analyze and document system behaviors
- Support system trade studies, requirements analysis, allocation to subsystems

Requirements
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. are eligible for a security clearance, * Strong integration and test experience including test procedure development, test execution, test reporting, and test automation
- Proficient in tooling to include Microsoft products, or tasking boards (Jira, IBM EWM, etc.)
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in Communication Radio and Systems: SATCOM, LOS/BLOS, AEHF, PTW, or V/UHF
- Experience in Environmental Qualification Testing (EQT)
- Experience in System Level Integration, Verification, and Validation (IV&V) for ground based, ship, submarine, or airborne platforms
- Experience in systems support to software application and hardware development
- Experience in Virtual Machine design and deployment
- Proficient in tooling to include CAMEO, Rhapsody
- Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and ability to effectively communicate with IPT leaders, hardware and software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and our customers

- And more!, The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
