Job description

Act as lead and point person on Request for Information ("RFI") responses; research information to complete PD portion of RFI and work with Biorasi team members to finalize RFI responses; Maintain customer records, accurately enter and maintain CRM and other tools utilized for capture of all outreach and opportunity information; Profile potential Sponsors for outreach and identify appropriate contact targets within assigned accounts; Establish contact list for assigned accounts, maintain and utilize through Salesforce; Utilize Bidgrid to contribute to Solution preparation; Identify ways to improve outreach and communication to potential clients within assigned targets; Contact clients to discuss how Biorasi's services can meet their needs; Support drafting of contractual documents such as a Master Service Agreement (MSA), Work Order (WO), Letter of Intent (LOI), Change Order (CO) and additional client agreements and deliver to clients; Develop, compile, communicate, and collate feasibility information for opportunities, under oversight of senior team members; Meet Key Performance Indicators ("KPI") established for outreach and communication to current clients as well as potential clients; Inform clients on status of service contracts and progress of services provided; Research trial databases looking for potential outreach opportunities; Read, research and understand Sponsor profile and funding information for outreach purposes; Answer customers' questions on Biorasi's services and pricing; Create and present Biorasi capabilities' focused on methodologies and solution to new and existing clients; Maintain knowledge of Pharma industry in order to segregate companies by Biorasi focus to identify meaningful contacts and potential target companies; Develop targeted Account/Contact lists for conferences and networking events and engage meaningfully with current/potential clients, organize meetings for senior branch members; Maintain understanding of client companies' and potential clients' core business to determine whether account is appropriate fit for Biorasi; and Collaborate effectively with team members in Program Development and across Biorasi. Telecommuting is permissible. Requires bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field. Degree equivalent based on any suitable combination of education, experience, and training is acceptable. Foreign education is acceptable.
