VIE - SAP Functional Consultant F/H

Joining the North American team and in collaboration with the central SAP teams based in Paris, we are looking for a VIE to support our roll out project of SAP FSM (Field Service Management) and SAP Logistics modules (CS/PM/SD) in the United States of America. After an initial training in Paris, you will be based in Arlington VA (Washington DC area), USA.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Provide support, maintenance and training for US-based users

• Participate in project deployment activities (design, implementation, test phases, change management, training, coordination...).

• Participate in the analysis of users' business needs and implement appropriate solutions to enrich and improve our processes and solutions.

• Participate in the customizing part of the different solutions (SAP, FSM & integration suite), An individualised onboarding path and career follow-up

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Graduated from a BAC+5 Engineering School or University with a specialization in IT

• Fluent in English and French
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP or Information Systems (past experience is a plus)
• Personal qualities: ability to work as part of a team, autonomous, sense of service, analytical skills, good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and a results-oriented culture
