Job description

  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
  • Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
  • Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
  • Applies Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.
  • Applies innovative technology to business processes to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues
  • Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in Service Now
  • Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager
  • Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • ITOM CSDM Design Architecture, Architect Diagrams, Technical documents, ServiceNow Health Assessments
  • ServiceNow Certifications : CTA, CSA, CIS ITSM CIS Discovery, ServiceNow Ops Technology.
  • 10+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform design, custom applications, integrations, CMDB/CSDM, and workflow automation.
  • Proven success leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices and their technical application within ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and security/access controls.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and advise stakeholders on solution options, risks, and impacts.
  • ServiceNow CSA required; CAD and CIS certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality or other large, complex enterprise environments preferred.
