Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong backend expertise in .NET or Java, hands-on experience with GenAI tooling, and a proven track record of delivering automation-driven solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in .NET (C#) or Java-based backend development
  • Hands-on experience using GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, or similar) in active project work not just familiarity
  • Demonstrated automation implementation within previous projects (CI/CD, workflow automation, scripting, test automation, etc.)
  • Strong integration experience REST APIs, microservices, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), third-party system integrations
  • Solid problem-solving skills with ability to debug complex systems and architect scalable solutions
  • Design Patterns
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have

  • Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
