VECTOR provides comprehensive lifecycle support for critical intelligence, cyber, electromagnetic warfare, positioning, navigation and timing (PNT), sensors, target acquisition, and integrated systems programs that directly support Army modernization and operational readiness. Bowhead will provide research and development, systems and software engineering, AI/ML and cloud integration, cybersecurity, independent verification and validation (IV&V), logistics, fielding, sustainment, laboratory operations, technical documentation, training, program management, business operations, and administrative support.
