Job description

As a member of our Managed Services team, you'll provide technical support to a variety of business clients, including:

  • Troubleshoot Windows desktop and laptop issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Create and manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID user accounts
  • Resolve printer, networking, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues
  • Install and configure new computers and software
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and remote support tools
  • Document work completed in our ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues when appropriate while continuing to learn from senior engineers
  • Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, We're looking for an IT Help Desk Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and continuously learning new technologies. If you're passionate about IT and want to work with Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, servers, and cloud technologies while being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you., * Enjoys helping people and delivering outstanding customer service

  • Has excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Communicates professionally with clients
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Stays organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a strong desire to learn and grow in IT
  • Takes ownership of issues from start to finish

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of IT Help Desk or MSP experience
  • Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Experience with ConnectWise, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti
