As an Talent Researcher & Sourcer, you'll partner with experienced recruiters and clients to identify, research, and engage top professionals using market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies, and thoughtful outreach.
Whether you're just starting your career or bringing experience in recruiting, sales, research, or customer service, we'll teach you the executive search business from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Every day is different, but your main responsibilities will include:
- Talent Sourcing: Research and identify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and advanced sourcing strategies.
- Market Research & Intelligence: Build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping, and perform market research including salary benchmarking, competitor analysis, and hiring trends.
- Search Strategy & Client Support: Partner with clients and recruiters to develop search strategies, provide market intelligence, and support search deliverables.
- Recruiting Content & Documentation: Develop and maintain sourcing strategies, job descriptions, interview scorecards, and other recruiting resources and search documentation.
- Recruiting Technology & AI: Assist with recruiting technology initiatives, AI workflows, sourcing tools, and process improvement projects to enhance team efficiency and search execution.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records, organized pipelines, and a clean Applicant Tracking System while tracking recruiting activity and pipeline metrics.
