Handle service desk tickets, troubleshoot end-user issues, and train users on hardware and software within an established ticketing system (SLAs, escalation, documentation).

Respond to service desk requests for assigned facilities on an as-needed basis.

Support systems including: endpoint devices (PCs, laptops, kiosks); mobile devices; peripherals; A/V equipment; emergency response and voice systems; physical access (door locks, cameras); and basic network connectivity (switches, Wi-Fi, cabling, patch panels).

Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive (mailboxes, distribution groups, permissions, sync, and access).

Perform identity and access management in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user provisioning, group membership, MFA, and conditional access support.

Manage Windows 10/11 endpoints and mobile devices through Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (enrollment, compliance, policy, and application deployment).

Perform installation/configuration, monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, upgrades, troubleshooting, and documentation of system configurations and procedures.

Provide technical guidance, training, and recommendations in areas of specialty.

Write and maintain basic scripts (PowerShell preferred) to improve productivity and system efficiency.

Work small to medium technical support projects or participate as a member of larger projects.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field and two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred experience:
- Service desk / help desk environment with ticketing systems and SLAs
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune / Endpoint Manager
- Windows 10/11 enterprise support and basic Azure administration
- PowerShell scripting
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS:
- Valid Colorado Driver's License
- Preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified (Fundamentals, Modern Desktop, or Endpoint Administrator); CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, Required
- Associates or better in Computer Science
