- Hands-on execution: Rapidly generate concepts, flows, mock-ups, prototypes, and vision artifacts that help teams see the path forward and drive critical decisions - balancing speed with craft.
- Collaboration: Work iteratively with a cross-disciplinary team (business, product, engineering, research) using lean and agile methodologies to explore, test, and ship.
- Influence: Present and defend design recommendations to peers, partners, and stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
- Systems design: Partner with technology teams to build scalable solutions without compromising core experience principles.
- Design evolution: Help shape how design operates in an AI-accelerated, rapid-prototyping environment.
A day in the life You'll start by digging into a complex customer problem, maybe prompting early concepts for a new channel partnership, or pressure-testing a prototype that needs to land across the largest (TVs) and smallest (mobile) devices. By mid-morning, you're in a design crit with your UX peers, sharpening ideas through constructive feedback. After lunch, you're jumping into a working session with Product and Engineering to align on what ships next - and what ships right.
Some days you're deep in Figma and AI tools. Some days you're presenting a vision to senior leadership. Every day, you're making entertainment better for customers around the world.
About the team You'll join a fun, supportive team of UX practitioners who help each other develop and thrive. You will have a mentor and a manager that care about you, your career, and your skills development and be expected to do the same for your team. You will have autonomy and ownership while contributing to the supportive culture on the team. We gather often to collaborate, ask questions, and grow together, so bring your unique skills and experience and be prepared to share, learn, and grow with us.
