Job description

This role plays a critical part in ensuring Workday effectively supports HR operations and strategic initiatives, enabling accurate data, streamlined processes, and an enhanced employee experience. The HRIS Analyst assists in the maintenance and support of Workday HCM, including configuration, data analysis, and the bi-annual releases., This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical support tickets, generating, and analyzing HR reports to provide insights for decision-making, configuring business processes, and participating in user training sessions to support end-users. Additionally, the HRIS Analyst will maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. The Senior role also includes solution design, advanced analysis and HR data support including complex reporting.

  • Change management and adaptability, + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources; Or Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience; Or HS diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience.

Experience:

  • In addition to any experience required to satisfy educational requirements, 2 years of relevant work experience is required. HR systems experience is preferred.

Analyst Sr:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Human Resources; Or Associate's degree; Or HS diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant work experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Workday application support, process configuration, HR data maintenance experience required.

Other Must Haves:

  • Workday Pro certification(s) preferred.

  • Reporting tools (Calculated Fields).

  • Data privacy/compliance knowledge.

  • HR Business Process acumen in 2-3 HR functional areas (Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, T&L, Compensation, or Learning.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.

  • Effective communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines., The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S - Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
