Job description

We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Developer with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow to design, develop, configure, and support enterprise IAM solutions.

  • Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow solutions.
  • Customize workflows, rules, forms, certifications, roles, and provisioning processes.
  • Onboard applications and configure connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, cloud, and enterprise systems.
  • Integrate SailPoint with REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, HR systems, and ticketing tools.
  • Troubleshoot aggregation, correlation, provisioning, and access governance issues.
  • Support access reviews, RBAC, SoD, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of IAM experience.
  • 3+ years of SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and SQL.
  • Experience with application onboarding, connector configuration, and provisioning.
  • Good understanding of IAM lifecycle, RBAC, access certifications, and compliance controls.

Preferred

  • SailPoint certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Azure AD, SSO/MFA, OAuth, SAML, or SCIM.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
