Lakota Solutions, LLC. is seeking a qualified Facility System Analyst to join our team at Fort Drum, NY. The Facilities Systems Analyst will support real property facilities, installed building equipment (IBE), infrastructure, and utilities within the Fort Drum IDT Complex. The technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, testing, and certification activities to ensure facility systems remain fully operational in support of mission requirements. Work is performed within a restricted access, controlled facility environment supporting critical infrastructure., Facility Maintenance Operations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, infrastructure, and installed building equipment.
- Execute maintenance upgrades and repairs in accordance with approved maintenance plans.
- Troubleshoot facility systems and execute corrective maintenance.
- Support infrastructure sustainment to maintain operational readiness.
- Ensure maintenance activities align with system design lifecycle requirements.
- Regulatory & Technical Compliance
- Perform maintenance in accordance with AR 420-1, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), FSOMMs, Technical Manuals (TMs), and manufacturer specifications.
- Inspect, test, validate, and certify equipment per applicable standards.
- Maintain proper certifications and re-certifications prior to expiration.
Work Control & Service Response
- Receive, prioritize, and document service calls and work requirements.
- Provide real-time status of maintenance and repair actions.
- Recommend work priority classifications: Emergency, Urgent, Routine.
- Document emergency requirements within one hour and other work within one business day.
Emergency Response Requirements
- Respond to emergency conditions detrimental to mission operations.
- Meet required response timelines: Emergency response within 1 hour; repair completion within 12 hours.
- Restore facility systems including UPS and backup generators within required timelines.
- Immediately report fire, health, safety, or property risks to appropriate personnel.
Inspection & Assessment
- Perform weekly inspections of real property and installed equipment.
- Conduct annual inspections (or more frequently per manufacturer requirements).
- Assign condition codes (1-5) and record within CMMS.
- Provide monthly facility assessment reports.
CMMS & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Track work orders, inspections, and maintenance history.
- Submit weekly service order status reports.
- Submit monthly maintenance register by the last business day of the month.
- Obtain and forward warranty documentation for newly installed equipment.
Preventive Maintenance Program
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain annual preventive maintenance schedule.
- Perform periodic testing and validation of operational system components (valves, dampers, actuators, pressure relief valves).
Requirements
Minimum candidate requirements
Candidate must be a US Citizen
Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret Clearance
Candidate must meet all requirements to be issued a Common Access Card (CAC)
Candidate must possess a High School diploma or equivalent (technical training is preferred)
Candidate must possess a minimum of (5) five years of experience with the following:
- Performing facility maintenance or infrastructure sustainment.
- CMMS platforms.
- Reading and interpreting technical manuals.
- Troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Working in a controlled access environment
Preferred Qualifications (not required)
- Experience supporting mission-critical or secure facilities.
- Familiarity with AR 420-1 and UFC guidance.
- Experience with preventive maintenance program execution.
- Prior experience supporting Government facilities.
- Technical or trade certification in a facilities-related discipline.
