Technical Specialist - Active Directory Administrator

• Create, modify, and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot login and access-related issues.
• Handle support tickets using ServiceNow.
• Maintain user permissions and security access.
• Document procedures and support IT operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to end users.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to manage user accounts, Active Directory, and access management in a Microsoft Windows environment., * 3+ years of Active Directory administration.

• Experience with Windows Server (2008/2012 or later).
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of account provisioning and access management.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
