• Communication with stakeholders and customers to gather and analyse software requirements
• Definition and architecture design of software foundations for simulation control, instructor operating, and debriefing stations
• Design of intuitive UI/UX concepts and user-friendly interfaces
• Development, testing, and maintenance of software using C++ and Qt/QML following clean code and best practices
• Participation in agile development processes including planning, reviews, code reviews, issue resolution, and risk mitigation to ensure scalable and maintainable system architecture

• Completed studies in the field of Computer science or software engineer
• Professional experience in the field of IT / informations systems
• Experience in the field of simulation is helpful
• Deep knowledge in C++ and Qt/QML
• Fluent in English and German
