Job description
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Execute data migration processes between legacy systems and modern platforms.
- Query, analyze, and manipulate databases using SQL.
- Design and validate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Document migration processes and results.
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure functional requirements are met.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues and incidents.
- Use office productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced level) for analysis and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with data security and data protection standards.
Requirements
All weekend work is planned, with at least 2 weeks' notice. Overtime is either compensated financially or can be recovered as time off, in accordance with company policy.
️ ️ What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience in data migration projects or database management. Previous experience with DMS and ERP systems is highly valued (e.g., SerAuto, iCar, DataCar, Autoline, Quiter, etc.).

Languages: Native Spanish or Portuguese speaker, with a strong understanding of both languages. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).

Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Technical Skills:
- Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, and basic query optimization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of ETL tools or similar technologies (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
