As a Test Engineer, you play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital solutions - smart, scalable, and increasingly AI-driven. You work closely with your team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that what we build is not only technically sound, but also truly delivers value to the user. Your Impact as Test Engineer The human in the loop is essential. As an AI-driven Test Engineer, you are the driving force behind quality within your team and part of our testing guild. You look beyond traditional testing approaches and actively use AI to test smarter, faster, and more effectively. At the same time, you remain in control as a tester: you critically assess AI output and translate it into useful test scenarios, test data, and test automation. You will be involved in:

• Designing and executing AI-supported test strategies

• Analyzing requirements and translating them into smart testing approaches

• Setting up automated tests and AI-driven test generation

• Creating test data and scenarios for complex and critical use cases Identifying and implementing improvements in testing processes

• Ensuring quality in systems with many integrations and dependencies You use AI to analyze user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria more quickly, and to identify ambiguities and risks at an early stage. This shifts your work from checking to forward-thinking: you use AI to gain insights faster and make better decisions in your testing approach. You use AI tooling, for example, for:

• Test case generation and optimization

• Faster defect detection and root cause analysis

• Testing AI and agentic systems (e.g. validating outputs, behavior, and reliability of AI agents)

• Smart regression testing

• Increasing test coverage with minimal manual effort So, you are not just testing - you are continuously innovating the testing profession.

We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer who understands that quality is not checked afterwards, but built in from the start - with the help of AI.

• Experience with functional and technical testing methods
• Experience in Agile environments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with test automation, for example Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar tools
• Experience with AI is a must - this can also be in a personal context (e.g. experimenting with tooling, prompting, automation, or side projects)
• You are curious and actively interested in deepening your AI knowledge within your field
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership Certifications such as ISTQB or TMAP are a plus, but for us less important than your mindset and impact.
